Come and stay My lovely, 3-bedroom house will be your home away from home. Earthy, light-filled, older style, family home. Fabulous, semi-rural location on the edge of the river. 5 minutes to Queanbeyan, 10 minutes to the airport, and 20 minutes to Canberra CBD. Eco-friendly living practices are encouraged. Suits guests who like their own space and also enjoy local tourism and a homestay experience. I have a flat downstairs and often work in the garden. I am always happy to make friends or leave you to it. I've lived here for 20 years, my partner lives around the corner and my son across the road. We love it here. I am community minded and interested in sustainability, health and well-being, and permaculture, and run multiple small businesses. Be a loving caring person with good vibes only. Care for our home as if it is your own. No shoes on in the house. No parties, events or unpaid extra guests. Recycling, waste reduction, and responsible consumption is encouraged. Chemical-free environment, no harmful cleaning products or chemicals such as insect sprays. No fires without permission. No smoking. No pets.
