Overview
I newly built home in The Chino Preserve. A great environment and atmosphere for families, students, and adults. Everything you would need is possibly here in our community. Our family consist of Husband and wife and three kids ages 9, 4, and 2. Our family is very welcoming and respectful. Our kids is caring and courteous. We moved to this community to raise our family in good neighborhood. Our home is new and very updated. Our home is 1884sqft which might seem small, however, with updated open floor plan and all rooms with walk-in closets, you will notice that our home is very spacious. Our home and the community has all the amenities needed to enjoy living. The freeways/transits, shops/malls, and schools/learning institutions is very accessible to each other. We currently have no pets due to our kids being the center of attention. My wife works for a grill company and I (husband) own my own business and working on other entrepreneurial businesses. As noted, we have been a homestay family for almost 10 years and looking for more permanent opportunities. It would be a pleasure meeting you when the opportunity presents itself.
House Rules
Keep Shoes outside. Keep noise to a minimum during sleeping hours. Clean after yourself and try not to make mess.
