Overview
David & Jim look forward to welcoming you to their lovely detached home in a North Lincolnshire village. We offer a Superior Double En-Suite Guest Bedroom and a Double Guest Bedroom with adjoining private bathroom. The bedrooms overlook the private rear garden and come with towels, essential toiletries, flat screen tv and hospitality tray. We have 2 lounges and guests can enjoy our garden and the hot tub is available most of the time (until 10.00pm). Sauna also available for a small charge We are situated in a quiet cul de sac, just 10 minutes from the Motorway and only 30 minutes from Lincoln, Hull, Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire Wolds. The market town of Brigg is just 10 minutes away and Hibaldstow Skydive is only a mile away so perfect for anyone parachuting. Our location is perfect if you are exploring the area or in the vicinity on business. We are unable to accommodate children or pets - we have a very friendly cat of our own!
House Rules
We request that outdoor footwear is removed indoors. Quiet hours are between 10.30pm and 7.00am Smoking or Vaping is allowed in the rear garden
