House Rules
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm. No smoking inside the house. Please leave the common areas you use clean. Respect the privacy of the other residents. Do not invite strangers without prior notice. Alcoholic beverages are permitted, but in moderation and without disturbing the peace and quiet of the house. Payment Method: Once the guest pays 15% to Homestay.com online, the host requests an advance payment (via bank transfer) of 25% of the remaining balance of the reservation. The remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival. Additional transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest. Cancellation Policy: To cancel the reservation, the guest must contact us at least 15 days before the arrival date for a refund. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.

It is a very spacious room with a double bed for a maximum of 2 people. Large closet and bathroom shared with another room. It is located on the top floor of the property.
This is the most comfortable room in our house. It has a private bathroom, huge closet, reading chair and double bed. In addition, a desk and work chair, as well as a view of the garden through the window. It is a room with lots of light!
