Overview
Make yourself at home in our warm and welcoming house, where you will be greeted with a friendly atmosphere, two playful sausage dogs, and a cuddly cat. Janet, Thomas and the family love hosting guests and sharing their comfortable home with visitors. Ideally located, we’re just a short bus ride from the city centre, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. Local shops are within walking distance, so you’ll have everything you need close by. Guests can enjoy a light breakfast each morning, ensuring a great start to the day. While full kitchen use isn’t available, there is limited access to the kettle, toaster, annd microwave. Additionally, Janet offers home-cooked dinners and late night suppers at an additional cost. These must be precooked and discussed directly with Janet to ensure availability. There are also plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby for dining options. Whether you’re visiting for work, study or a city getaway, you’ll find a welcoming space where you can relax and feel at home. We look forward to hosting you! House Rules
NO pets, please, as we have a family cat. Limited use of kitchen. No parties. No non paying guests. Smoking in the kitchen and outdoors only. Security deposit: Guests will have to pay a security deposit, which is set by the host. That's to help cover incidents incurred during a stay, such as a broken item or unreturned or lost key. If keys are lost there will be a charge of 15 euro
