Inside, you’ll find a queen-sized bed, a 3-piece bathroom, a compact kitchenette, a small dining table for two, and a comfy couch. Perched on stilts and up one flight of stairs, the suite looks out over the garden and offers a peaceful, tucked-away vibe—ideal for students, interns, or travelers seeking quiet and comfort near downtown Victoria. We love welcoming guests from around the world and sharing stories over tea or in the garden when time allows.

House Rules – Steele Garden Suite Respect & Quiet No parties or loud music unless we've discussed it ahead of time. No overnight guests without prior approval. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m. No Smoking No smoking, vaping, or cannabis use anywhere on the property—inside or out. Cleanliness & Care Please treat the suite with care and keep it clean. Let us know right away if anything breaks or needs attention. Leave the space tidy when you check out. Kitchen Use The kitchenette is yours to use freely. Utilities & Wi-Fi Wi-Fi and all utilities are included. Please turn off heat and lights when not in use. Guests & Interaction We're happy to connect when time allows, but we respect your privacy and independence. This space is best suited to one person or a quiet couple.
