Overview
We are in the city close to everything, a very nice and sought-after area. I provide you with a large open space room with all the necessary comfort, large double bed, storage, television, office area, kitchen area and private bathroom, you will have the space to yourself during your stay, you will be totally independent. It's super quiet, no smoking, no pets. Close to everything, universities, grocery stores, restaurants, libraries, parks for nature lovers. Public transport, metro, buses, city bixi bikes, everything is close. For parking if you come by car, it is in the street where it is permitted, in our area you will need to pay a daily sticker, otherwise it will be very difficult to find parking without this permit, you can do so. buy it from the terminals where you pay for regular parking, print it and place it on the windshield of your car always on the street side, it will cost $14 for 24 hours. The most practical will be public transport. I speak several languages, French, English, Portuguese, Spanish. I am a calm, welcoming, sociable person, respectful of other people's space. House Rules
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED ANYWHERE INSIDE AND ON THE BALCONY. (If you smoke, you must go outside onto the sidewalk.) Please be respectful of others and be mindful of noise after 10 p.m. No parties, remove shoes upon entering, maintain your space, and keep the premises clean. A cleaning fee is required, to be added to the price of the stay: Reservations of one week and less than $60 Reservations of one week and more than $100 For short stays of 3 to 7 days, full payment must be made when the guest makes their reservation. For reservations of more than 7 days, half of the payment must be paid on the reservation date, the remainder 15 days before arrival. When the reservation is close to the arrival date, full payment must be made immediately. Payments must be made via PayPal if the person is from outside the country, or via Interac e-Transfer if the person is from within the country. Cancellation Policy: - If the guest changes their mind one month before their stay, the amount they paid in advance will be refunded in full. - If the guest cancels two weeks before the stay, half of the amount paid will be non-refundable. If the full amount has already been paid, the guest will receive a refund of half of their payment. - If the cancellation is made one week before the stay, no refund will be issued. When a payment is made by Interac e-Transfer, e-Transfer, PayPal, or Wise Transfer, the guest automatically receives proof of payment. However, I also confirm receipt of payment by message.
