Overview
I live alone (widower) on the first floor renting the ground floor apartment which consists of one large bedroom w/two single beds cupbord a/c and drawer closet w/mirror. Also spacious livingroom w/sofa round large table and kitchen with all the necessary utensils for cooking. of course there is a toilet w/shower.

I do not really have any rules, only request is to let me rest/sleep at night.
