Overview
working mum with teenage child, I have been hosting summer students for 8 years and have decided to try it year round. very relaxed laid back house. 3 bedrooms bathroom sitting room kitchen all mod cons. very convenient to buses , city centre and colleges. The bus takes 35 minutes at peak times and 20 minutes off peak. The house is very close to Dublin airport and it only takes 10 minutes in a taxi. This is a twin room and rented as such in peak times (may to sept) There is a deposit of 270 per person on arrival and host and guest agreement letters.
House Rules
every guest issued with a key please lock the house up when leaving or if your last in. please take your shoes off when entering into house take showers at respectable times not before 7am or after 10.30pm If we have arrangements for meals included pleases advise if not required on a particular day please advise when laundry machine is required
