My little family and I are looking to host independent mature individual(s) that are looking to experience Zanzibar in a clean, safe and friendly home away from home setting, if this is what your looking for then this is the place for you. Karibu! LOCATION :central in a secure, family oriented area within walking distance of all major attractions including forodhani gardens. KITCHEN:Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, microwave oven, stove oven and much more for your comfort . SETUP:the house is made up two stories I am located on the lower floor with a private entrance DISTANCE:within a 10 minute drive to the ferry or 15 minutes to the airport and 2 minute walk from the two large hospitals and a taxi stand. *minimum stay 2 nights WHAT YOU GET: *cable tv with over 100 channels *wi-fi available *Ceiling fan that works *Mosquito netting and spray *free tea and coffee *your own key to come and go as you please *clean set of linen *free soap and fresh towels *free cleaning services *An attentive host and her family to assist within the shared living space *Tours or excursions across the island with a trusted guide of the area can be arranged upon request THE ROOMS: A) Garden Room; queen size bed.access to small garden with seating;good for those relaxing days.1 ceiling fan.1 standing fan.1 large sofa.small table. Tables and chairs great for those morning coffees and evening glasses of wine to relax from a long day to give you time for planning the next adventure. (*on a occasion only or 1st come first serve basis) B) Family room: interconnecting door to Triple room. queen size bed. 1 sofa.1 small table. *Great for a group of friends traveling together. C) Triple Room: 3 single size beds. Small wooden cabinet and mosquito netting. Private Room: double bed.2 sofas.work desk. *Amazing for those hoping to make a friend a long the journey. D) Private room:1 double queen size bed. 2 sofa chairs.ceiling fan.1 table. a desk and chair comfortable for journaling your memories in Zanzibar. BATHROOM:shared large spacious facilities with functional toilet and shower that is always kept clean by the housekeeper on site. NO Hot water heater present but not really needed with the heat in Zanzibar and NEVER a long wait between guests' use! Things to note: **No curfew **shop, bakery, hospital, spa close by **trustworthy local guide available **private chef available **Laundry service can be arranged. **shared spaces // no meals included
House Rules
1. Please ensure that you clean up after yourself. 2. No additional guests are allowed. Friends can visit you outside the home. Never give your key to anyone. You are solely responsible for your belongings and will be provided with a key to your room. Ensure that all entrances to the house are always securely locked. 4.Be respectful of the local culture. 5. Try and keep the noise level to a minimal and be respectful of the neighbors. 6. Zero tolerance to drug use. 7.Ask if not sure and treat the home and its facilities with love and care ;but most of all enjoy your stay!
