Overview
I live in a house that has two plants in Pocitos, a quiet residential neighborhood. I live alone and Agronomy study. I have three bedrooms for rent from tourists. Everybody has good ventilation, mattress, wardrobe, desk and night table. The common areas are the kitchen, dining room and bathroom and a terrace with barbecue.
House Rules
Smoking is not allowed. The use of the kitchen is for simple food and it needs to be clean. Breakfast is available. Guests are not allowed without prior notice. It will try to keep the house secure by carefully closing it. No pets allowed. Payment will be made by Western Union on behalf of Andrés Fraschini Menafra. Turnover costs are borne by the guest. The reservation will be of 50% of the total subtracting the commission of Homestay and the rest to enter. In case of cancellation there will be no refund unless you notify us 7 days in advance.
