Ten minutes to Coronado, fifteen minutes to downtown San Diego, and thirty minutes to Tiajuana. Enjoy comfortable, modern living, close to iconic Imperial Beach Pier, new library, shopping, breweries and town facilities. Large room with private bath, sliding glass door and off-street parking. Walk on the beach to the Mexican border. 8. Stroll through miles of coastal trails observing unique animal habitats, dunes and birding nesting areas in the Tiajuana Wildlife Preserve and Estuary 9. Bike or drive across the isthmus to Coronado Island 10. Visit SeaWorld, the world famous San Diego Zoo, or a Padres game all within approximately 15 minutes. 11. Visit Border Park, walk along the newly erected wall between the U.S. and Mexico, and explore the miles of trails straddling the countries 12. Please don't smoke on the property 12. Ask homeowner about the possibility to bring your pet. 13. Treat our home like your home!
