House Rules
House Rules: • Use of Common Areas: Common areas, such as the laundry drying terrace located on the second floor and the bathroom with a toilet on the ground floor for laundry purposes, are shared spaces. • Cleanliness Standards: Keep your room clean and tidy. Dispose of trash properly and avoid leaving personal items in common areas. • Guests: Inform the landlord in advance if you plan to have guests. Overnight guests are not allowed. • Smoking and Substance Use: Smoking and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the property. • Respect for Privacy: Respect the privacy of other residents and the landlord. Avoid entering other rooms without permission. • Maintenance and Repairs: Report any maintenance issues promptly to the landlord. Do not attempt repairs yourself unless authorized. • Prohibitions: Washing clothes and dishes inside the bathroom facilities is strictly prohibited. Use of Utilities and Facilities: Use of utilities (e.g., water, electricity, Internet) and shared facilities is included in the rent. However, there will be an extra charge if you use the washing machine.
