Overview
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (the first with 2 double beds and the second with three single beds), a large and bright kitchen - living room with overhead light, 1 living room with a view over the hills of Candia, 2 attached bathrooms to the rooms (+1) and 2 terraces where you can eat outdoors. The living room has a sofa bed for two 'apartment is equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, free internet connection). Access to the apartment is independent. Our guests can relax in the garden and use the pool. In the garden there is a table for eating and a barbeque for cooking. We live in the property and I can assist the guests during their stay.
House Rules
Parties cannot be organized in our house and smoking is not allowed. Arrival is between 3pm and 7.30pm and departure by 10am. Minimum stay is 7 nights. We accept families or guests over 25 years old. Dogs are welcome as long as they are well behaved. To book you must send 50% of the rent by bank transfer within 3 days of booking. The remainder of the rent will be paid cash on arrival along with the cost of cleaning (€ 60) and the deposit of € 300 which will be returned at the end of the stay. At the time of departure, the payment of electric charges (€ 0.50 / kwh) and the tourist tax (€ 0.75 / person / night) will be required. The advance of the rent will be refunded if the guest cancels the reservation within 60 days from the date of arrival. Our guests can relax in the garden and use the swimming pool. We live in the same house and we are willingly available to our guests for any advice or information regarding their stay.
