Crosby has a great transport network to Liverpool and the North West and is a safe, quiet suburb of Liverpool Perfect for business travellers, students and tourists. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND ADVICE TO HELP YOU ENJOY YOUR STAY We are sorry but at weekends we can only accept 2 night bookings minimum. Late arrivals after 9pm or late departures after 11 am may be accommodated. Please contact us before booking You must tell us if you have children under 12 or in your group before booking. Guests can use the kitchen to make microwave snacks and hot drinks. Please clean the kitchen after use. No cooking using the gas cooker. Guests can smoke outside on the patio. No stag / hen parties or party type events. No pets

This room is part of a new extension on the ground floor. It is a very modern light spacious room with its own private walk-in-shower and toilet - exclusive to guests. It has a patio door which opens straight onto the garden and fishpond .
