House Rules
- No gatherings are allowed in the house, no guests are permitted, and smoking is prohibited inside. - A refundable deposit of $500 will be required to cover any damages. This deposit serves to protect the hosts from possible damages during the guest's stay. - A cleaning fee will be charged if guests fail to keep their private room and the shared areas of the property clean. - Please be aware that in addition to the total amount due, a secure deposit of $350 for the key and fob must be paid upon arrival and will be refunded at check-out. This deposit may also be used as a cleaning fee if guests do not take care of the property and keep their rooms and common areas tidy.
