they can live any kind of guest 1) This included charge is per person 2) But apartment is fixed rate not per person. 2) We have smoke room as well as non smoke 3) At night After 10 o'clock the main gate will be closed. 4) No charge of cancellation to the Guest we are just starting so we will give more rules after few days

This room is a single twins room for 2 persons of for couple.It is the third floor, West North facing with a great view of greenery .
This room is in 3 rd floor of building.can see the city through windows.no need air condition in summer season .I has attached bathroom.
