Sunny double room by the sea
Overview
This bright sunny upper flat with a double bedroom is perfect for a short stay in South Shields from April-June. 5 mins from the sea and 5 mins from the metro. You will have a nice peaceful time in this well done place. All bedding and kitchen utensils provided. It has a work desk also. NOTE: The only drawback is the kitchen needs paint and a little renovation but the rest is completely new.
House Rules
• Respect for the apartment and for neighbors: I am happy to share my apartment with you and am available for any help you need. However, please use the space with respect. • Please leave the apartment as you find it. • No smoking in the apartment but you can smoke outside. • Leave shoes near the front or back doors, not in the house. • Close the front door, bathroom window and doors to backyard securely before you leave the house. In case of theft, I will not be responsible for it. • No overnight house guests allowed. • Do not use cycles more than 2 hrs long on the washing machine. • Please air out the bathroom at least 10 mins every day, especially the bathroom after you take a shower. The apartment is near the sea and can get very humid. • If you need anything, please let me know or send me a message. I will get back ASAP. If I am not around, I will ask a friend to help you out.
