Overview
Our home is located in an upscale safe neighborhood called Sullivan Heights. We are a down to earth, easy going couple with a small adorable pug. We are recent empty nesters so we have plenty of space to share. We like going to the beaches whenever weather is permitting or hanging out by the pond in the backyard garden. We really enjoy hosting international students and are close to Kwantlen and SFU. We have 2 student guest rooms available (female guests only). Note: WE DO NOT accept guest requests/bookings without a VERIFIED profile, photo in the profile and reason for travel etc. ABOUT THE SPACE: Student Stylish Bedroom 1 (150sq -Double Bed) is South Facing with Extra Large Window, Closet, Desk, Mini Dresser, Mini Fridge, Mini Microwave, Smart TV, Wifi , Fan, Hangers, Bed Linens, Full Height Mirror, A/C. Student Spacious Bedroom 2 (150sqFt-Queen Bed) is North Facing with Beautiful Mountain Garden View +Walk-In closet, Mini Fridge, Mini Microwave, 43" Smart TV, Wifi, Desk, Min Dresser, Hangers, Bed Linens, Fan, Full Height Mirror, A/C. GUEST ACCESS *Shared Kitchen with Dine In Area *Shared Laundry: Washer/Dryer *Dedicated Guest Bathroom: includes Towels, hand soap, toiletries, cleaning supplies. GETTING AROUND: Bus stop is only a 5 minute walk down the street. - City transit: buses #321, 342, 364 10 min car drive/35 min bus drive to the Kwantlen Polytechnic University. 15 min car drive/35 min bus drive to the Simon Fraser University 15 min car drive/35 min bus drive to the Kwantlen Polytechnic University (Civic Plaza Campus) 25min car drive/50 min bus drive to the Trinity Western University(Langley) Located in a very convenient location with walking distance to the following amenities: *YMCA *Banks: TD Canada Trust, Scotiabank, RBC Royal Bank *Groceries, Cafes & Restaurants: Fresh Street. *We do not accept bookings from guests without a verified profile with picture *No Smoking, No Parties, No Unauthorized Guests *Quiet Hours: 10pm-5am *Shoes: No shoes in the House *Entrance: Garage mudroom entry to leave shoes, jackets *Shared Kitchen Rule - Light Cooking Only - No excessive use of Curry, Tumeric due to allergies. Kitchen Closed at 10pm. *Shared Laundry -2x week *Cleaning: Guest(s) are expected to clean up after themselves, cleaning supplies.
