Studio minutes from Dublin centre!
Overview
My place is a self contained garden level studio with kitchenette and bathroom, own entrance and covered bike storage. It is in the quiet South Dublin Georgian suburb of Ranelagh, Dublin 6, close to a thriving hub of restaurants, parks and activities. It is just two minutes walk from the tram (Luas) and bus. We are a family of four living in the house and I am on hand to help and welcome guests. Suitable for business professionals, students or interns. **Please note that we take long term bookings only, typically for 30 days over the summer months and the full academic year (September to June).**
House Rules
The studio is not suitable for pets. No smoking please. No parties or events and quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am. The bathroom and kitchen are on a saniflo system so nothing can be flushed except toilet paper! There is good wifi and all heating and utilities are included. Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com) through PayPal. Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.

The studio has a double bed and sofa, a dining table and a desk. There is a separate bathroom and a small kitchenette. There is plenty of storage space and a covered space to park your bike!
