Overview
Studio on Kildoon Rd is a 45m2 open-plan flatlet in the leafy suburb of Bryanston, Sandton. We offer free WiFi, Netflix, an Inverter for load shedding, and a very comfortable stay! There is a patio to enjoy morning coffee, with fabulous views of the Sandton Skyline. The Studio comfortably sleeps a family of 4, or 3 adults. Secure parking is available on the property. We enjoy interacting with guests, and find Homestay a more friendly alternative! Situated opposite Bryanston High School sports grounds, the sounds of children laughing and enjoying soccer, cricket or hockey is a bonus! Bryanston is a mature, family-oriented suburb, filled with trees, dog walkers and schools. A short drive to St Stithians, St Davids, and Brescia House makes it the ideal stopover for school festivals. It is situated opposite Bryanston High School. Close to Sandton CBD, it is ideal for business stopovers. Uber, Bolt and other taxi services are readily available, however it is advisable to rent a car in Johannesburg
House Rules
We have 2 friendly dogs on the premises, Bella and Dexter, who love companionship, and the front garden adjacent to the Studio. There is a treadmill in the Studio, as well as some gym equipment (weights, yoga mats, etc) which you may use. Children are to be supervised. No smoking is permitted at the Studio. A light breakfast is offered on request (yoghurt, cereals, toast, juice, coffee, tea, fruit). This will be placed in the suite.
