Overview
The Studio Our studio is a self contained unit which will share an entrance with the main house. The studio is newly built and is south facing so it gets plenty of natural light. There is a very comfy single bed, a double wardrobe, bedside table with additional storage, a large mirror and curtains.The bathroom is ensuite and very up to date with an electric shower. The kitchenette has a microwave and all other mod cons to cook a nice meal. There is a loving well maintained back garden, it also has a TV and WIFI. The Location Studio is very well located for students attending DCU there is a direct bus 17A within walking distance and will take you straight to the campus, this bus also goes directly to IT Blanchardstown. The city is also very easily accessible and only takes between 25 - 30 mins by bus depending on the traffic therefore if you are attending Trinity college, RCSI, DIT, NCI or one of the other many colleges in the city this is also the right spot for you. We are right next to a Kildonan park which is a lovely place for a walk. We also are 13 mins walk to Finglas village where you can find Supervalu supermarket, a bank, a cafe, a pharmacy and some other shops.
House Rules
As this studio is has a shared entrance with the main house we would like to restrict access after 10.30 PM . You can smoke in the back garden
