Overview
I live in a house that is in a simple neighborhood of Salvador, but very friendly and hospitable people. The house is 30 minutes from the beach of Barra and Pelourinho, two main sights of the city. It is located near the center and has public transport to various parts of the city and gives provision to go to various places walking. The house has two bedrooms, a large living room, balcony with a hammock and a full kitchen. I like to enjoy the kitchen and whenever I have time prepare a dish of Brazilian cuisine. I am passionate about my city and I like to have good memories, so whenever you can, it will be a pleasure to accompany guests to explore Salvador. The reserve policy suggests a payment of 50% of the total amount to be paid for me has to be done in advance. Once you have confirmed your booking online data will be sent to proceed with payment. In case of cancellation: we ask guests to give us a notice at least 5 days prior to any cancellation. Any cancellation will not be refunded. "
House Rules
Be careful with the cats, do not mistreat and take care to keep it out of the house. Be careful to keep doors and windows closed when leaving the house. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, just on the balcony. The kitchen is available for use, but clean it after using it. Avoid noise after the 22 hours. Do not invite strangers to sleep in the house, if you want to invite a friend, warn you before. Do not use the host room. Enjoy carefully the house and will certainly have a great stay!
