Teacher family homestay for overseas students - cozy room We are a warm Christian family, my husband is an international school teacher and I am an education consultant. We would like to provide guardianship and homestay for students and hope to let our home to be their second home. We have 1 Double room, each room can stay 2 students in our home which is located in Yishun Ring Road. House Rules
For the safety reason, our guest is not able to bring any Friend to go inside our homestay. All rooms are included WIFI for free, but for the water and electricity is only included SGD$100 budget per month, if the guest would overused the water and electricity will be deducted the amount from the deposit directly. Smoking is not allowed in our homestay. Can use the microwave, oven for cooking After the booking is confirmed, guests need to show their passport photo page and Singapore student pass etc to the landlord before check-in.
