Stay with a friendly Family
Overview
Our small family consists of me, my Husband and my five year old son. we live in a three bedroom apartment. 1 bedroom is for us and remaining 2 rooms are for guests. Both room has attached bathroom and balcony. The whole Apartment is covered with net to prevent mosquitoes. .UBER, Rickshaw, CNG all are available near the building. There are many Restaurant, Eateries and Coffee shop near our place like Krual Thai- just opposite site (1 minute walking distance), Koyla (2 minute from house), Herfy Bangladesh (5 Minute) KFC, Glorea jean's Coffees etc. Hatirjheel lake, Aarong, Etc
House Rules
@ After confirm the Long term booking with homestay, Please send 25% of your total payment via bank transfar for confirm with host too. @ illegal work, Parties, Drugs are not allowed @ 1/2 Guest allowed during day time. @ You can smoke only in your private balcony.. @ Please Don't open the window, there is lots of mosquitoes. @ We expect guests to share a copy of Passport/ID before check in by email. . This is required for all guests. @ You are requested to turn off Gayser (Hot water), light,fan,air-conditions switch while you go outside or not in your room for consuming less electricity. @ Toiletries not included in the package for long term stay.
