Overview
Neat & Clean space, idle for family or Bachelors on short visits. Available Ground floor in Peaceful environment away from the crowded & noisy areas. House is Ground Floor and First Floor, Ground floor to be let on short terms. We stay on First floor.
House Rules
1. Any Booking/Reservation should be taken at least 7 days before date of arrival. 2. Currently only two persons or single person can stay in the House as one Bedroom with double Bed is available. 3. Guests must be above 18 years old. 4. We allow only Individual Bachelor, students, families, or couples of same Genders (Friend/Family) or Husband & Wife. Unmarried couples' are not allowed. The relationship proof should be provided at time of booking. 5. Scan copy of the guest’s passport size photograph, Id Proof (Aadhaar Card) and Address proof. 6. Personal visitors are not allowed. 7. We close our gate at 10 pm if you are coming late night, you must inform us in advance. 8. To respect our neighborhood, social noise to be maintained at a minimum post 10.30 pm. 9. Please ensure to keep the house clean. 10. No smoking, no drugs and no pets allowed within the stay premises 11. The property is our home and we urge you to it keep it tidy, maintaining sanitary hygiene as you would in your own homes 12. For the safety of the premises, ensure to double-lock the front door while entry and exit. 13. Use of homestay address for receiving postal mails is not permitted. 14. Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home! 15. The Rate given herein is for per person/night and if two persons then the price is double the given price. 16. Advance payment of 25% of the total booking amount to hold the accommodation (on top of any service fee paid to Homestay). 17. The guest should give us at least 7 days prior notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded. 18. F&B & Housekeeping are not part of the stay 19. You need to bring you toiletries / hygiene packs and Towels.
