Overview
St. Paul's Bay is simply the best place to stay when visiting Malta if you want to experience authentic Maltese life. The room is available for both short- and long-term stays, My name is Philip, and I do my best to make you feel at home during your stay. The room is furnished with two single beds .You can have it as a private room, sharing only the shower and kitchen with others. KINDLY DO NOT OVERLOOK THIS MESSAGE, as it is important. As part of the booking arrangement, I kindly request that the payment for the room be made at least prior to your arrival. The easiest methods are via PayPal, direct bank transfer, or cash (if arranged in advance). I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in settling the payment beforehand. House Rules
Booking and Cancellation Policy: Booking Confirmation: Once you book my room or bed, your reservation is confirmed, and I will consider it final. Cancellation by Guest: If you choose to cancel your reservation before your scheduled check-in, please be aware that the deposit is non-refundable. No Refund on Deposit: Should you cancel ,I will not be able to refund the deposit under any circumstances. Future Queries: Once a booking is made and the cancellation policy is acknowledged, any future queries or changes will not be entertained once the cancellation deadline is reached. Please keep in mind you sharing the house so first and for most respect , keep door closed at all time when entering and leaving the house. Keep noise to a minimum after 22:30 please If you use the kitchen and any other facility keep it clean Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!
