Sporty family, close to ANU and UC
Overview
Private bedroom and a nice garden, 5 minutes to University of Canberra (UC) and 10 minutes to Australian National University (ANU). Public transport only 300 m away and we can offer a nice bicycle for the guest to use. We are a family of four. We all speak both English and Chinese. The father is 47 years of age, working as a college teacher and as a fitness trainer. The mother is 41 years of age, studying full time and working part time. We all love sports and outdoor activities. We could take the guest with us outdoors and for fitness training. We have wireless broadband internet that will also be accessible to the guest for free. The house has a separate area with separate entrance just for the two students. On the property there is a very friendly dog, Labrador, roaming freely. We could support students learning.

The room has a queen size bed, a large wardrobe, desk, chair and plenty of shelves. The window is facing West. There is no traffic near the house, so it is very quiet. Available from January 2024.
