Stand alone home in an HOA, very quiet private neighborhood, 3 bedrooms upstairs, kitchen laundry main floor, fully furnished basement with private full bath. Wi-Fi included, all utilities included. I have a cat but she’s skiddish and only bothers me. I work full time in medical and also school full time, I’m an introvert so I like things very quiet and calm.
