Spanish Home Tuition
Overview
We welcome you to stay in our home on a coastal town, a traditional Spanish village called Sanlucar de Barrameda. We can offer you a small room with own bathroom with shower. Our place is conveniently located 300 mtrs from the beach and 600 from the center of the town. It's in a residential area (housing estate) with communal pool and small tennis court. Maria is 53 and enjoys walking, cooking, watching movies, music, gigs, festivals, painting, learning foreign languages, travel, gardening. She speaks English, German, and Spanish. Spanish classes are also offered onsite 12€/hour
House Rules
Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front gate when entering and leaving the house Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you. Please smoke NEVER in the room or inside the house, only in the garden. Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!

The room is single. It has a closet and a small TV. As it's on the ground floor you can also use the garden, which belongs to the apartment. The bathroom with walking in shower is for your private use and it's next to the room.
