This lovely room, well decorated and comfortable, with private bathroom, is part of an elegant apartment located in Moema, one of the best neighborhoods of Sao Paulo, close to Shopping and Ibirapuera Park and with easy access to public transportation Spacious suite Light, airy with a private bathroom and a queen size bed that sleeps 2 comfortably. Here guests are welcome and may use the spacious living and well decorated. I will be present during the stay and available to assist the guest and make their stay as enjoyable as possible. Moema is a noble and residential neighborhood with flat and charming streets where boutiques, designer shops, trendy restaurants can be found. In addition, we are very close to the Ibirapuera Shopping and green Ibirapuera Park.
House Rules
Remember: you will share the day-to-day lives of two residents. Some rules are important for a good relationship. * Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the premises of the building. * We do not accept pets. * It is not allowed to bring visitors. * The use of the kitchen is allowed. Do it with consciousness and let clean and organized. * Avoid noise after 22:00 hours. * The use of illicit drugs in the apartment and the building on the premises is prohibited.
