Spacious room with walk-in closet
Overview
You will enjoy my place because it's nice, comfortable with plenty of space and a very large fully equipped kitchen. 5 min walk to grocery store, restaurants. 10 min bus ride to nightlife and Malmö city center with bus stop 170 m from the door. About 50 min to Copenhagen. Because of property insurance I have to ask for a Security Deposit of 100€ / 1000 SEK at check in.
House Rules
- Light breakfast is included. Coffe/Tea with bread and butter, marmalade or other bread spreading. If you have a request just ask me and I will arrange your request if possible. - Suitable for parents to travel with kids - Not suitable for parties - Pets are not allowed - No smoking in the building - Keep the volume down after 10PM (22.00) - Remember to keep the key safe - if you should lose the key I have to charge you the cost of 515€ to replace all the locks

The room is nice, comfortable with a King size bed (200x180cm) Sofa/sofa bed for relaxing. Blackout curtain & quiet for good sleep. The Sofa bed (200x120 cm) is available for a 3:rd guest 10€/night payed at check in.
