Spacious Queen and/or Double room
Overview
We can accommodate long or short stay for either FULL TIME OR MONDAY TO FRIDAY . SHORT AND LONG TERM CONSIDERED . PLEASE READ THE FULL ADVERT. A peaceful home in a cul-de-sac with free parking and some snacks or light breakfast for the short stay depending on availability . This is a place where you can relax and unwind after a busy day whether you are travelling or studying working or simply visiting the many sites Stratford has to offer. Two rooms: The large Queen room has its own fridge freezer tea and coffee facility and private entry . I have TWO ROOM both double . Room number 1 is very spacious and self-contained with private entry and your own fridge freezer . Room number 2 is available is a double and has a built in wardrobe, desk , drawers and bathroom adjacent. The house is a few minutes (20 minutes walk, 5 minutes drive) from Stratford City Centre, just off Birmingham Road, directly off the A46 , it’s in a 'cul de sac' near Tesco, Aldi and the Maybird Centre. I live here with my two cats and one other guest. I am a busy and buzzy individual looking to rent to respectful, considerate, and trustworthy people. This home is a heaven of tranquillity, offering a safe, peaceful, and clean environment. It's the perfect place to unwind, relax, or study quietly. I'm not fussed about gender, background, or occupation. I’m mature student working for the NHS and I welcome kind, like-minded individuals who are considerate of others and respectful of my home. I like to interact but respect others' privacy and personal space. The two cats are outdoors, super clean, and cuddly. They live their life, and they are super friendly and independent . While I'm flexible about many things, I do have a few expectations. I kindly ask that you smoke in the garden, be kind and considerate towards the cats, clean up after yourself, and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. These simple rules help us maintain a peaceful and respectful living environment for all. Please let me know if this sounds like it suits you:).
House Rules
For short-term guests: access to the microwave only. The stoves and oven are reserved for the more long-term guests, but I'm flexible. Long-term guests: access to the kitchen for light cooking. For all guests: No heavy, spicy, fried or overpoweringly intense cooking, please. We asked guests to used their headphones when using their electronic devices after 10pm and keep noises to a minimum for other guests' convenience.
