Overview
Midlands Based. Near River Shannon and all its boating amenities. 1 1/2 hours from Dublin, an hour from Galway. Beautiful Boland park amenities nearby. 5 bedroom house. En-suite room for guests. Teenage kids have their own Den. Large kitchen. Lots of outdoor space and live in a quiet village with shop and church, but 20 minutes to by car to three large towns. We have a Little dog who stays indoors a lot.
House Rules
No drinking alcohol for under 18s' and no smoking/drug use. Noise limits after 11 pm. Lock up if in after 11 pm. Respect each other's space and things in the house.
