Spacious double bedroom for rent
Overview
We have one double bedroom with own private bathroom available in our home. We can also offer desk space for studying if needed. We are situated in a quiet and friendly estate in the heart of Blackrock. Our home is within walking distance to Blackrock and Stillorgan villages, and to many bus routes and the DART (train) line. We are a young and easy-going couple that both work full-time. We live within walking distance to UCD Smurfit Business School, and UCD via bus route (or short cycling distance) which would be ideal for students.
House Rules
Smoking (cigarette and vaping) is not permitted inside the house. Please keep our home secure including locking up when leaving the home. Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily turn up/down for you depending on your requirements. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after! Perishable food items can be stored in an allocated location in the fridge. Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please. Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance. Please look after your own washing - I can provide bedding and bed linen, as well as detergent. Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home! Rent due via bank transfer monthly; date agreed once homestay confirmed.
