Spacious and comfortable bedroom
Overview
The house is a recently refurbished property. The bedroom is a twin room suitable for either single or double occupancy. It is furnished with 2 comfortable beds and a large wardrobe, but it will be rented fully privately to you (unless you choose to rent with a friend). The bathroom has a shower and is en-suite. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances and includes a separate fridge/freezer and ample storage space for the use of guests. A separate living area with its own private entrance and TV (for streaming, etc.), completes the accommodation. Fast broadband is included. There is also off-street parking available. Sharon and John are your hosts, and we share the house with our two small dogs. We enjoy travelling whenever we can and have a love of walking, camping, and socialising with friends. We also enjoy meeting new people and are looking forward to hosting you soon!
House Rules
* Commonsense contract will be prepared for arrival, and will include the following: * Weekly rent is due on arrival and the same day of the week thereafter. * Please note that it is necessary to lodge a security deposit on arrival (equivalent to 2 x the weekly rate). The security deposit will be refunded in full at departure, assuming no material damage has been caused. * Guests are responsible for care of and cleanliness / tidiness of assigned living, bathroom, and bedroom areas, and may be asked to share in the care of communal areas (hall, kitchen). * The kitchen is available to guests during the following periods: 0700H-0900H, 1200H-1400H, 1700H-2200H. Please ensure that the kitchen is left clean and tidy after use. * Please consider the environment when using energy, e.g.: - Washing machine use during the above periods - please try to limit to two wash cycles per week, and try to run full loads if possible; * Please segregate waste appropriately for responsible disposal. * Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. * Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. * Please keep quiet after 10 pm. * This is a no-smoking household. * We want you to respect our home, but also to feel comfortable during your stay with us.
