In the best neighborhood of Quito, La Floresta, it's walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, museums, churches, movie theater, market, supermarket, parks and so on. You will be able to reach the historic center in a few minutes, all main lines are a couple of blocks from here. Looking forward to welcoming you to my home in Quito.
