House Rules
To ensure a great experience for all guests, we have the following house rules: No Parties or Events – This is our family home in a quiet residential neighborhood. No Smoking – Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or anywhere on the premises (this includes vaping and e-cigarettes, as well as baking with marijuana). No Pets – We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Respect Quiet Hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) – Please be mindful of noise levels. Leave the Space Tidy – Please dispose of trash, recycling and compost properly before leaving and wash used dishes.
