Southern Milan
Overview
I rent two rooms for double use (also individually) and the bathroom is in common use only for guests. In each room there is a TV connected to the internet, a kettle with tray and cups, a mini fridge and a small safe, on the same floor there is a kitchen complete with a table. chairs, all appliances, crockery, first aid kit and washing machine. In the same apartment there is another room with private bathroom, inhabited by my 23 year old son (he speaks English and Spanish). My husband, I and two dogs live downstairs, but don't worry because the courtyard is separated by gates and there is a smoking area for guests. The house is located on the outskirts of Milan, in the southern area behind the Chiaravalle Abbey, in a small hamlet served by public transport. There are gardens and parks for walking and I am available to provide transport to the nearby Rogoredo station unless you wish to reach it by frequent bus; it is a few minutes away by car. Even though it is a small village, the church and the bar are always open, while the pharmacy, the tobacconist and the hairdresser are closed on Mondays. Parking is easy, you just need to remember that on Mondays they wash the street from 07.00 to 11.00 and it would be preferable to save yourself the police report. We work in the world of music and events. We have three other children who now live elsewhere, which is why the rooms were freed up, and we are grandparents of two lively children. When we get together we are party people. I collect small souvenir plates to hang in the kitchen, if you bring me one I will discount the cost. See you soon.
House Rules
No smoking in the rooms, respect the silence of other guests.
