Small cozy apartment!
Overview
This is a cozy one-bedroom apartment in the backyard of my house. It has one bedroom, one kitchen, a small dining room for a table with four chairs and a bathroom. The flat is on top of the service area and laundry. In this service area there is a treadmill which the guest can exercise on. My family is small. It is my husband, my twelve-year old daughter and I. We are a quiet family that lives in a quiet but very convenient neighborhood. There are bars, restaurants and the beautiful beach of Coqueiral de Itaparica.
House Rules
I suppose that the homestay rules in a house of a family are very clear for a reasonable person that consider himself or herself a respectable person. So, the only thing I want include is that parties are not allowded.

This room is airy and full of natural sun light but it has curtains on the windows. There are two single beds or a double bed, a large wardrobe , a fan and a smart tv.
