Overview
We are a young couple, passionate about people and nature. We bought our huge house in a small village in the Venetian countryside and we always wanted to share expiriencies and happiness with like-minded people from all over the world. I am a tour leader, passionate about languages and travels, while my partner Leonardo is a farmer and winemaker. We are welcoming and friendly people, who like authenticity and simple things in life.
House Rules
This apartment is located within a private residential setting. We hope you’ll appreciate the authenticity and homely atmosphere, and we thank you in advance for being respectful towards the residents and the peacefulness of the area. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. For any requests or needs, we are always available. PAYMENT TERMS: An advance payment of 25% the total amount is required at the time of booking, while the remaining half is to be paid in cash upon arrival. TOURIST TAX & ID DOCUMENTS: The tourist tax amounts to €1/day per person and must be paid directly to us at check-in, along with valid identification documents required for registration. If it is not possible to meet in person at the time of check-in, arrangements must be made to complete this process within 24 hours of your arrival at the latest. USE OF ENTRANCE KEYS: To lock the entrance, simply turn the key twice and remove it. Please do not force it further. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. WASTE SEPARATION (Recycling): The municipality of Cison di Valmarino follows a door-to-door recycling collection system. Under the sink, you will find containers for sorting various materials. Please inform us when the bins need to be emptied, and we will take care of the disposal. INDUCTION COOKTOP & HAIRDRYER: Kindly avoid using the induction cooktop and hairdryer at the same time to prevent overloading the power supply and causing a blackout. For the same reason, the two induction cooking zones should not be used simultaneously above level 5. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. Please only use the cookware provided, as induction cooktops require specific pots and pans. ELECTRICAL PANEL & CIRCUIT BREAKER: In case of a blackout caused by an electrical overload, the electrical panel is located outside the residence. Exit through the pedestrian gate and you’ll find it at the end of the wall on the left. The key to open the panel is provided along with the keys to the Petricore tourist accommodation. Make sure the circuit breakers behind the apartment's front door are all switched to the ON position. USE OF THE GARDEN: Guests are welcome to use the garden and its furnishings, which are shared with the property owners. EXTRA GUESTS: Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. PETS: No pets are allowed. SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. However, it is permitted in the outdoor areas (garden). Please ensure cigarette butts are fully extinguished and disposed of correctly in the non-recyclable waste bin. Please keep quiet after 10 pm. Thank you.
