Skiers' Luxury Home in Brasov
Overview
I am a ski instructor and live on my own in a historical heritage house right in the city centre of Brasov, 50 meters from the Main Square and 50 meters from the Black Church. The apartment has 2 rooms so I am looking to rent out one of them which features a double bed, wardrobe, television and WiFi. Common spaces (shared just between me and my guests) include a full-fitted kitchen, hot shower room and toilet as well as a tastefully decorated staircase and entrance hallway.
House Rules
1. As a single female I am comfortable welcoming other females under my roof: hosting single girls, heterosexual couples or lesbian couples is very much within my comfort zone. I am very open to all peoples whatever their race and nationality. 2. Dishes need to be washed after being used (we also have a dishwasher you can use). 3. Silence in the property needs to be kept between 10 p.m. and 6.30 a.m. 4. Shoes are to be left in the entrance hallway, and slippers used in the rooms. All rooms feature original parquet over 100 years old that has recently been refurbished. 5. I am an ardent fan of healthy living and welcome people who like me are into organic food, vegetarianism, environmentalism and keeping fit.
