Single room to rent female only
Overview
Our house is a three bed semi in a nice quiet cul de sac. My daughter and myself live here along with our dog Alfie and cat lylo. We are close to the beautiful Marley park and st. Enda’s park. We’re serviced by a number of buses to Dublin City centre, Dublin airport and Dundrum Town centre, dunlaoighre and blackrock. . There is also a connecting service for UCD and trinity College Dublin. We are looking to host adult students, female only . They will have full use of the kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. We offer a home from home environment with a friendly warm welcome.
House Rules
First weeks rent is due on day of arrival. Rent is paid even if you are away on holidays You are responsible for cleaning your room Clean bedding will be supplied For hygiene reasons no eating meals in your bedroom Full access to the kitchen is permitted Breakfast 6am-9am Lunch 12noon-2pm Dinner 5pm-9pm You are responsible for cleaning up your dishes and pots and utensils straight after meals You are welcome to use the washing machine twice per week for your personal clothes and towels. You are expected to clean all rooms that you use including the bathroom and kitchen. It is strictly forbidden to have houseguests and alcohol and smoking are not permitted. You are expected to be mindful of others in the house at all times. It is not permitted to use any products that don’t belong to you.
