SINGLE ROOM in ALBERIQUE
Overview
Single room in an 80-square-meter apartment on the third floor (no elevator). The apartment has a shared kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a large TV and Netflix account for guests, and a large terrace with a washing machine. The apartment is located in the center of Alberique, a 1-minute walk from the metro station (yellow line). You'll be 1 hour from the center of Valencia by metro and 40 minutes by car. There's also a Consum supermarket nearby, a 5-minute walk away, and Mercadona, a 15-minute walk away.
House Rules
Please refrain from smoking in the house, as there is a terrace available. The apartment has a security alarm system, and there is a camera that functions solely as a motion sensor in the living room and a sensor at the entrance door. You are asked to use the alarm when leaving the apartment for more than half an hour for the safety of your belongings. Further instructions will be sent privately after booking. Pets are not allowed except in special circumstances.
