Overview
Single bedroom with separate shower room. 3 mins walk to dart station to Howth, Malahide, Bray and Greystones. Ample bus service to City Centre, Howth, Malahide, Blanchardstown and Point Theatre. Beside local pharmacies, supermarket, coffee shops, bar, restaurants and St. Anne's park. The sea shore is a 20/30 min walk from my house. It is 15 mins from city centre by bus/dart and 20mins to Dublin airport by public transport/taxi. ***Unfortunately I do not have wifi in the house - I use hotspot on my phone.*** I can supply towels, fresh bedding and use of the kitchen facilities. Please keep in mind that we require our guests to submit us a copy of their ID before check-in by email, which will be provided once the booking is confirmed online. Please send us a video message introducing yourself and explaining the reason for your trip.
House Rules
Clean the kitchen and bathroom after use. No visitors unless pre-arranged. ** Payment Method: We kindly remind our guests that a 50% advance payment of the total amount is required once the booking is confirmed online. Homestay will process 25% at the time of booking, which includes a 15% service fee to be paid to Homestay.com. The host will collect the remaining 25% directly before the guests arrive. Once the booking is confirmed, we will contact the guests to share all pertinent information. Bank details will be provided later, or you may choose to pay through PayPal. The remaining balance, 50%, is expected to be paid upon arrival. ** Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation will not be refunded without the requisite 7-day notice.
