A short stay room rental available for professionals or students. In a two bed house situated in a quiet cul de sac near to the Countess of Chester Hospital. Approx 10 min drive. Off road parking available. On bus route. Access to full modern kitchen. Water meter installed.
House Rules
When using the TV in your room during the day/evening/night please keep the volume to a respectful level. Particularly if other members of the house are sleeping. No main meals to be eaten in bedroom. However snacks can be eaten in room. Please make use of the kitchen. The house has a water meter. Please do not leave taps running unnecessarily. Only use water that you need to use for either drink, shower/wash or brush teeth purposes. Where possible aim to take main shower/wash hair in the evening. Respect the property at all times. If you accidentally break/damage something just be honest and kindly mention it to your host. Thank you
