About the Homestay We are a warm and friendly family who love welcoming students from different cultures. In our free time, we enjoy cooking, watching movies, gardening, and going for walks in the local park. We also love sharing meals and stories together. Our home is cozy and clean, with a quiet study environment and a supportive atmosphere. We’re excited to learn about your culture and hope to make your stay in Australia enjoyable and memorable!
House Rules
Homestay House Rules Keep All Spaces Clean Please keep your private room and all shared areas (bathroom, kitchen, living room) tidy and clean after use. Quiet Hours: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM To respect everyone’s rest, no loud noise, music, or video calls during these hours. No Parties or Overnight Guests Parties, gatherings, and overnight visitors are not allowed. Respect Shared Spaces Please be mindful when using the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. Clean up after yourself. Use of Kitchen Light cooking is allowed with prior notice. Please clean up immediately after use. No Smoking Inside the House Smoking is not permitted indoors. Please speak with us if you need a designated outdoor area. Communicate Plans Let us know if you’ll be late home or plan to be away overnight. Be Respectful and Courteous Treat everyone in the household with kindness and consideration.
