Rent a confortable shered room, only guys, in student's apartment next Paulista avenue, in Jardins and Itaim bibi area. Amazing location! We are just 15 minutes from Avenida Paulista and 20 minutes from Congonhas Airport. ;) A lovely room on the top floor of a small community of only fifteen apartments, with our 90m² overlooking shady, quiet street with bike path crossing the same which allows integrate various points of the city. Great location! The region is surrounded by restaurants from many different backgrounds and cultures as well as entertainment activities less than 20 minutes. Nearby are the famous "Avenida 9 de julho", place of great trade flow, with bakeries, markets, restaurants, banks, etc. in a prime location and more, we are only a 15 minutes from the subway. And if you want to enjoy more of the city, 5 minutes bike will reach the famous "Ibirapuera Park", where one can go quietly through the bike path that passes in front of our condo. Here there are various nightlife options, we are only 25 minutes from the bohemian Vila Madalena or 15 minutes of inspiring young and Paulista Avenue, beyond the proximity to malls and shopping centers.
