Overview
Double room in modern well kept 2 bed house in quiet village location 13miles outside Cambridge. Very good bus service runs every hour until midnight, laundry is done once a week at cost extra, free internet, well sized double room. House is strictly non smoking. 2 bathrooms. Open to females 21+ (pls note a deposit of 10% will be required upon room availability confirmation). Update-Stays are on a self-catering basis.
House Rules
Rules of your homestay include- 1/laundry is done once a week at an extra cost of £5. 2/ No persons except yourself are allowed to stay overnight. Please can you inform me before hand if you wish to have guests over. 3/ NO smoking aloud inside the house. 4/ Meals will be served between 6-8pm. 5/ No cooking after 9pm. 6/ No pets. Once booking is confirmed preferred payment must be by PayPal or bank transfer alternatives methods please contact host family. Many thanks Mark.
