Overview
I have a fully furnished private bedroom with shared bathroom with full house privileges, internet, utilities, and parking included for $950/month +$250 deposit. My backyard has a 15-foot waterfall and amazing sunsets. I have two very friendly dogs and cats. Nurses who have stayed with me worked at these Hospitals near me: Simi Adventist, Los Robles in Thousand Oaks, Pleasant Valley in Camarillo, St. Johns in Oxnard, Memorial in Ventura, Northridge, Holy Cross, Kaiser in Woodland Hills. Beaches are 30 mins away, and hiking trails are everywhere.
House Rules
I will create a Lease Agreement with a monthly rate, and deposit (refundable). I prefer Venmo for rent payments. Fully stocked Kitchen, Refrigerator, and Pantry space available. Bathroom is stocked with linen, towels and TP. Internet, utilities and parking included.
